The Client

Embody Osteopathy is a well-established healthcare practice in Melbourne that has been serving the community for over two decades. They specialise in osteopathic treatment, helping patients of all ages manage pain, improve mobility, and maintain overall wellbeing.

After 20+ years in Greensborough, Embody was relocating to a new clinic in Eltham. They saw this as the perfect opportunity to refresh their entire brand—updating their logo, website, and all practice materials in one coordinated move. With a loyal client base built on trust and expertise, they needed their digital presence to reflect the quality and professionalism they deliver in every consultation.

The Challenge

After 20+ years in business, Embody's brand and website were showing their age. While their reputation remained strong, their online presence didn't match the modern, professional experience clients received in the clinic.
